Kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff. They make each patient feel important and truly seem to care and listen. I never feel rushed. Office/rooms are clean and comfortable, like sitting in your living room. They provide you with anything you may need from blankets, to eye shields, to juice, etc. I can truly say my life has been made better by going there (I have been to other places with traumatic experiences)

A treatment that actually works I spent years taking medication and therapy for depression and nothing worked. I did seven IV treatments and my life has drastically changed for the better. The staff is very nice and extremely supportive. On my final IV session I had a breakthrough which was very overwhelming and one of the nurses held my hand and stayed with me until I was able to calm down and feel safe. I have had an extremely positive experience referring my patients here. I recently met the new medical director, Dr. M., who was lovely and listened to my concerns for a particular patient. Dr Brooks is the kindest, most dedicated and caring doctor I have ever met. A rare breed, for sure. I'm editing this 6+ years later because I still think about this clinic and remember how wonderful Dr Brooks was with me.
